Grilled rat beats roasted dog any day of the week.<BR/>2. Someone very close to Koffijah likes to eat bags of fried grasshoppers like we would normally eat popcorn.<BR/>3. Chunks of coagulated blood are common in one of the most popular noodle soups here.<BR/>4. Another delicacy is fertilized and half-formed chicken eggs (beware of that little beak).<BR/>5. All fish are fried with tail, fins and head securely in place.<BR/>6. In addition to "golden deer" (dog) restaurants, they also have duck's blood restaurants here--usually beer drinking places.<BR/>7. While all of the above are true, none of it is what you would call common everyday food here. I really like the ...Thanks for the link, Koffijah. I really like the organic church approach. It just makes sense. Technology is a wonderful tool, but it can also help isolate us from face to face contact with other people. I've read the first one, and I'll go back to read the rest. I have Neil Cole's other book "Rescue Mission" in my stack of books to read, and I know Jeff is a big fan of Organic Church. Happy Easter. Don't eat too many jelly beans!
